Are there any fees for withdrawing funds to a bank account?

Starting July 1, 2023, Pluang will start imposing fees on fund withdrawals with the following provisions:

1. Free 1x withdrawal per month.

2. For the second and subsequent withdrawals in the same month, a fee of IDR 4,500 per transaction will be charged.

Then starting May 15, 2025, this withdrawal fee will be subject to 11% VAT, so the total fee will be IDR 4,995 per transaction.
