Why is my withdrawal status "Failed"?
A "Failed" withdrawal status means the transaction could not be completed due to a technical issue on Pluang's system or the sending bank's side. This is rare. Your balance is automatically returned to your Pluang account — no money is lost.
What happens: Your balance is automatically reversed and returned to your Pluang account. You do not need to contact support for the refund.
What to do:
- Wait a few minutes, then check your Pluang balance to confirm it has been returned.
- Try the withdrawal again.
- If the failure repeats, contact Pluang Care for investigation.
