Why didn't I receive the OTP immediately?

If you do not receive the OTP code immediately, make sure your mobile number can receive SMS properly and has been installed in the SIM1 slot if your mobile phone has a dual SIM feature. Some possible reasons why you may not receive the OTP immediately include:

- Your SIM network is inactive
- Your SIM network is unable to receive SMS or is unregistered for WhatsApp

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure your mobile number is active and can receive SMS.
2. If your device has dual SIM mode, make sure the number is in the SIM1 slot.
3. You can try requesting the OTP again.
