About Invesco S&P 500 High Div Low Volatility ETF

The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the “index Provider”) compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to measure the performance of 50 least volatile high yielding constituents of the S&P 500 ® Index in the past year.

About Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund

In seeking to track the performance of the index, the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index includes companies from the following industries: pharmaceuticals; health care equipment & supplies; health care providers & services; biotechnology; life sciences tools & services; and health care technology. The fund is non-diversified.
