Prior to the public offering in 1992, the Company took over 100% shares of PT Kunci Mas Wijaya, 49% shares of PT Inti Gerakmaju; hybrid coconut and an oil palm plantation, and a 49% shares of PT Tapian Nadenggan; an oil palm plantation. The Company then acquired 50% shares of PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia; producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and PT Sinar Pure Foods International; a tuna canning operation. In 1993, the Company took over two oil palm plantation, PT Kresna Duta Agroindo which ia located in Jambiand PT Pilinti Perkasa Alam then changed its name to PT Ivo Mas Exim, which is located in Riau.
