PT. Rans Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk. (the Company) was established with Deed No. 04 on October 18, 2016, which was made before Raden Mas Dendy Subangil S.H., M.Kn., under the name of PT RNR Film Internasional. The Company started its commercial operations in 2018. The Company does not have a parent entity, the ultimate controlling party is Raffi Farid Ahmad as the Companys shareholder.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
