The Company then acquired 50% shares of PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia; producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and PT Sinar Pure Foods International; a tuna canning operation. In 1993, the Company took over two oil palm plantation, PT Kresna Duta Agroindo which ia located in Jambiand PT Pilinti Perkasa Alam then changed its name to PT Ivo Mas Exim, which is located in Riau.
