PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk is the first company in Jakarta that integrated a five star hotel and a shopping center first class on one roof. In 1992, the Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk was succeeded to list the company on JSX and SSX. In 1994, the Company did “the right issue two-for-one” in order to increased the capital of Company.The Company is included in the business group of PT Bimantara Tbk, PT Paraga Artamida (Sinar Mas), PT Agung Ometraco Muda and PT Danaswara Utama.

About Terregra Asia Energy Tbk.

PT Terregra Asia Energy Tbk (the Company) formerly was established (PT Mitra Megatama Perkasa) based on Notarial Deed No. 31 dated November 7, 1995 of T. Francisca Teresa N. S.H., a public notary in Denpasar. The Company was established as a Mechanical and Electrical contractor focusing on the power generating sector, primarily working for PLN, Indonesia’s national electricity company. In 2010, MMP made its first investment in power generation, a mini-hydro plant located in Sumatera. MMP became PT. Terregra Asia Energy in 2016 as it shifted its focus to hydro and solar photo-voltaic power generation. Terregra is now constructing a fleet of hydro-generation power plants and both roof-top and utility scale photo-voltaic developments. Working with proven technologies combined with its own experienced development, power engineering and management professionals as well as its own O&M team and partnering with some of the most experienced renewable power developers and technology providers in the world, Terregra is aiming to have over 300 MW of sustainable generation in operation within the next 5 years.
