Plaza Indonesia (the Company) as shopping center, started the operational in 1990 which followed by the officially of the grand opening of five star hotel; Grand Hyaat Jakarta one year later. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk is the first company in Jakarta that integrated a five star hotel and a shopping center first class on one roof. In 1992, the Plaza Indonesia Realty, Tbk was succeeded to list the company on JSX and SSX. In 1994, the Company did “the right issue two-for-one” in order to increased the capital of Company.The Company is included in the business group of PT Bimantara Tbk, PT Paraga Artamida (Sinar Mas), PT Agung Ometraco Muda and PT Danaswara Utama.
