Initially the Entity engaged as distributor of solar modules and provider of System Integration technical services for the manufacture of Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) On-grid and Off-grid types, including technical design, installation and maintenance. in 2009 the Entity cooperated with PT Hitachi High-Technologies Indonesia to establish an international-class solar module manufacturing facility. In the year of 2012, the Entity commenced the production of solar modules with a capacity of 10 MW. By 2016, The Entity has grown to become the largest producer of solar modules in Indonesia with capacity production of 100 MW for solar modules and 50 MW for solar cells.

In 1993, the Company took over two oil palm plantation, PT Kresna Duta Agroindo which ia located in Jambiand PT Pilinti Perkasa Alam then changed its name to PT Ivo Mas Exim, which is located in Riau.
