Prior to becoming a separate business entity, PT Indonesia Vehicle Terminal was only a strategic business unit called Tanjung Priok Car Terminal (TPT) under its Head Office and operated since June 2007.

PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk (the Company) was established within the framework of Law No. 1 of 1967 and Law No. 11 of 1970 regarding Foreign Capital Investment. The Company was established under its original name PT Gymtech Feedmill on June 10, 1997. The company's name changed to PT Malindo Feedmill in year 2000.
