The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the target index. The index may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, trading options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents, as well as in securities not included in the index. It is non-diversified.

In seeking to track the performance of the index, the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index.
