About Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

The Company is a state-owned airline of the republic of Indonesia and commercial air transportation service provider for passenger, cargo, and other services related to air transportation in Indonesia. The Company also provides services related aviation services, including repairs, maintenance and overhaul (MRO), aircraft, ground services, air tickets reservation and provision, and in fight catering, as well as travel services, tourism and hospitality.The Company was established on March 31, 1950 with the name of Garuda Indonesian Airways NV domiciled in Central Jakarta. In accordance with government regulations, in 1975 the company changed its form a Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Garuda Indonesian Airways.

About Smart Tbk.

The Company began its business under the name of PT Maskapai Perkebunan Sumcama Padang Halaban in 1962. In 1970, the Company was returned to the foreign party and converted its status to PMA (Foreign Capital Investment). Further in 1985, the status of the Company was converted to PMDN (Domestic Capital Investment). The Company then in 1991 changed its name to PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Corporation or abbreviated PT SMART Corporation. In 1989, the Company acquired 100% shares of 2 oil palm plantations, PT Maskapai Perkebunan Leidong West Indonesia and PT Perusahaan Perkebunan Panigoran. The Comapany the also acquired 100% shares of PT Maskapai Perkebunan Indorub Sumber Wadung, tea plantation. In 1991, the Company took over 100% shares of PT Nirmala Agung; tea plantation, PT PT Global Agronusa Indonesia; banana plantation, PT Mulyorejo Industrial Company; a producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and acquired a 25% stake in PT Grahamas Indojaya; transportation company. Prior to the public offering in 1992, the Company took over 100% shares of PT Kunci Mas Wijaya, 49% shares of PT Inti Gerakmaju; hybrid coconut and an oil palm plantation, and a 49% shares of PT Tapian Nadenggan; an oil palm plantation. The Company then acquired 50% shares of PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia; producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and PT Sinar Pure Foods International; a tuna canning operation. In 1993, the Company took over two oil palm plantation, PT Kresna Duta Agroindo which ia located in Jambiand PT Pilinti Perkasa Alam then changed its name to PT Ivo Mas Exim, which is located in Riau.
