The Company was established on Oct 6th, 1989.The articles of association have been amended several times, most recently on Aug 2, 2005, concerning among other the change of par value, equity and public offering. The amendment includes, among others, par value of share, increase in capital paid up. The amendment was approved by Ministry of Justice in the Decision Letter No C-08530.HT.01.04.TH.2003 dated 17 April 2003 and was published in the State Gazette No. 49, Supplement No. 4860 dated June 20, 2003.
