PT XL Axiata Tbk (the Company) which was previously known as PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk, was initially established under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. The Company was established on Oct 6th, 1989.The articles of association have been amended several times, most recently on Aug 2, 2005, concerning among other the change of par value, equity and public offering.
