PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (the Company) was established under the name of N.V. Perseroan Dagang Dan Industrie Semarang Knitting Factory based on notarial deed No. 38 of Raden Mas Soeprapto dated 10 August 1955, which was then changed to PT Bank Central Asia based on notarial deed No. 144 of Ridwan Suselo dated 21 May 1974.

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was established on March 25,1953 as NV Pabrik Semen Gresik. On April 17, 1961,NV Pabrik Semen Gresik was transformed into a state enterprise (Persero) by Government Regulation No. 132 year 1961, and subsequently became PT Semen Gresik (Persero). Semen Gresik is a cement producer which was formerly fully owned by the government. On July 1995 the company shareholders meeting agreed to acquired 100% share of two state owned cement producer companies, namely PT. Semen Tonasa and PT. Semen Padang.
