The Company's articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 71 of Misahardi Wilamarta, S.H., dated Sep 19, 2007, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, Anggaran Dasar and public offering.

About Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk was established on March 25,1953 as NV Pabrik Semen Gresik. On April 17, 1961,NV Pabrik Semen Gresik was transformed into a state enterprise (Persero) by Government Regulation No. 132 year 1961, and subsequently became PT Semen Gresik (Persero). Semen Gresik is a cement producer which was formerly fully owned by the government. On July 1995 the company shareholders meeting agreed to acquired 100% share of two state owned cement producer companies, namely PT. Semen Tonasa and PT. Semen Padang.
