The Entity received permanent permit (SIUP) from Capital Investment Coordinating Board regarding the changes of the Entity's status from Foreign Capital Investment to Domestic Capital Investment in its Decision Letter No. 05/V/PMDN/2003 dated March 10, 2003.

PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (the Company) was established based on notarial deed No. 9 dated June 1, 1989 of Linda Ibrahim, S.H. The Company has extensive operational experience in the business of shipping, in particular the provision of a fleet of offshore (offshore vessels) to support the upstream oil and gas industry. Noted, almost all oil and gas companies operating in Indonesia, ever use the services.
