PT Jasa Marga (the Company) was established under its original name of PT Jasa Marga (Indonesia Highway Corporation) on Mar 1, 1978 then changed to PT Jasa Marga (Persero) based on Notaries Deed dated May 19, 1981 and the deed of establishment was approved by the the Ministry of Justice dated Mar 2, 1982.
