SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN PROGRAM IDR YIELD

IDR YIELD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Syarat dan Ketentuan Program IDR Yield ini ("Ketentuan Program") mengatur Program IDR Yield ("Program") yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang ("BSC") selaku pengelola Platform.

These IDR Yield Program Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms") govern the IDR Yield Program ("Program") organised by PT Bumi Santosa Cemerlang ("BSC") as the operator of the Platform.

Ketentuan Program ini tunduk pada dan dibaca sebagai satu kesatuan dengan Ketentuan Umum Program Promosi yang dapat diakses melalui https://pluang.com/tnc/syarat-ketentuan-umum-promosi ("Ketentuan Umum"), yang dimasukkan berdasarkan referensi.

These Program Terms are subject to, and shall be read together as one integral part with, the General Terms of Promotional Programmes accessible at https://pluang.com/tnc/syarat-ketentuan-umum-promosi ("General Terms"), which are incorporated by reference.

RDK dibuka dan diadministrasikan atas nama Anda oleh PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk ("BAGI") berdasarkan syarat dan ketentuan RDK yang ditetapkan oleh BAGI ("Ketentuan RDK"). Program ini tidak mengubah Ketentuan RDK maupun hubungan hukum antara Anda dan BAGI.

The RDK is opened and administered in your name by PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk ("BAGI") under the RDK terms and conditions issued by BAGI ("RDK Terms"). This Program does not amend the RDK Terms or the legal relationship between you and BAGI.

1.PERIODE PROGRAM

PROGRAM PERIOD

Program berlangsung sejak 12 Oktober 2026 sampai dengan diakhiri oleh BSC sesuai dengan Ketentuan Program ini. Apabila Program diakhiri karena sebab apa pun, Manfaat yang telah timbul sampai dengan tanggal berakhirnya Program dibayarkan sesuai Pasal 4 Ketentuan Program ini.

The Program runs from 12 October 2026 until it is terminated by BSC in accordance with these Program Terms. If the Program is terminated for any reason, Benefits accrued up to the date the Program ends will be paid in accordance with Section 4 of these Program Terms.

 

2.KELAYAKAN DAN AKTIVASI PARTISIPASI

ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION ACTIVATION

2.1.Program terbuka bagi Pengguna yang memenuhi seluruh persyaratan berikut:

The Program is open to Users who meet all of the following requirements:

2.1.1.Anda adalah orang perseorangan atau non-perseorangan

you are an individual or a non-individual;

2.1.2.Akun Anda aktif dan telah menyelesaikan verifikasi identitas sesuai Ketentuan Platform.

your Account is active and has completed identity verification in accordance with the Platform Terms;

2.1.3.Anda memiliki saldo RDK yang aktif dan terhubung dengan Akun Anda.

you have an active RDK balance linked to your Account; and

2.1.4.Anda telah mengaktifkan Program sesuai Pasal 2.2.

you have activated the Program in accordance with Clause 2.2.

2.2.Anda mengaktifkan Program melalui menu Saldo atau Saldo IDR pada aplikasi Pluang. Manfaat mulai timbul atas Saldo RDK Harian pada hari aktivasi.

You activate the Program through the Saldo or Saldo IDR menu in the Pluang app. Benefits begin to accrue on the Daily RDK Balance on the day of activation.

2.3.Manfaat tidak akan diberikan selama Akun Anda ditangguhkan atau dibatasi berdasarkan Ketentuan Platform.

No Benefits will be given while your Account is suspended or restricted under the Platform Terms.

 

2.4.Partisipasi Anda berakhir secara otomatis apabila RDK atau Akun Anda ditutup. Pasal 4.5 berlaku atas Manfaat yang telah timbul.

Your participation ends automatically if your RDK or Account is closed. Clause 4.5 applies to Benefits already accrued.

 

3.MANFAAT

BENEFITS

3.1.Manfaat merupakan imbalan promosi dalam Rupiah yang dibayarkan oleh BSC kepada Pengguna sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 3 Ketentuan Program ini.

Benefits are a promotional reward in Rupiah paid by BSC to Users as set out in Section 3 of these Program Terms.

3.2.Dana dalam RDK tetap berada dalam rekening atas nama Anda di BAGI. BSC tidak menghimpun, menyimpan atau mengelola dana tersebut. Penjaminan simpanan atas RDK tunduk pada Ketentuan RDK dan ketentuan Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan. Manfaat yang belum dikreditkan ke RDK bukan merupakan simpanan dan tidak dijamin oleh Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.

Funds in the RDK remain in an account in your name at BAGI. BSC does not collect, hold or manage those funds. Deposit insurance for the RDK is subject to the RDK Terms and the regulations of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan). Benefits not yet credited to the RDK are not deposits and are not insured by the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.

3.3.Manfaat dihitung setiap hari dengan rumus berikut:

Benefits are calculated daily using the following formula:

 

Manfaat Harian = Saldo RDK Harian × Tarif Manfaat ÷ 365.

Daily Benefit = Daily RDK Balance × Benefit Rate ÷ 365.

3.4.Manfaat untuk setiap Bulan Perhitungan merupakan jumlah seluruh Manfaat Harian dalam Bulan Perhitungan tersebut, dibulatkan kebawah menjadi Rupiah penuh.

The Benefit for each Calculation Month is the sum of all Daily Benefits in that Calculation Month, rounded down to the nearest whole Rupiah.

Sebagai ilustrasi, apabila Saldo RDK Harian Anda sebesar IDR 10.000.000 (sepuluh juta Rupiah) setiap hari selama 30 (tiga puluh) hari dalam satu Bulan Perhitungan dan Tarif Manfaat Anda 1% per tahun. Maka Manfaat Harian Anda adalah IDR 10.000.000 × 1% ÷ 365 = IDR 273,9726, dan Manfaat Anda untuk Bulan Perhitungan tersebut IDR 273,9726 × 30 = IDR 8.219,178, dibulatkan menjadi IDR 8.219.

By way of illustration, if your Daily RDK Balance is IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) every day for 30 (thirty) days in a Calculation Month and your Benefit Rate is 1% per annum, your Daily Benefit is IDR 10,000,000 × 1% ÷ 365 = IDR 273.9726, and your Benefit for that Calculation Month is IDR 273.9726 × 30 = IDR 8,219.178, rounded to IDR 8,219.

3.5.Tarif Manfaat pada suatu hari ditentukan berdasarkan status keanggotaan (reguler atau Pluang+) Anda pada hari tersebut sebagaimana tercatat pada Akun Anda. Apabila status keanggotaan Pengguna berubah dalam suatu Bulan Perhitungan, Tarif Manfaat yang berlaku untuk setiap hari dalam periode tersebut dihitung berdasarkan status Pengguna pada hari yang bersangkutan.

The Benefit Rate on a given day is determined by your membership status (regular or Pluang+) on that day as recorded in your Account. If a User's membership status changes during a Calculation Month, the Benefit Rate applicable to each day in that period is calculated based on the User's status on the relevant day.

 

3.6.BSC dapat mengubah Tarif Manfaat dengan pemberitahuan 14 (empat belas) hari kalender sebelumnya melalui notifikasi dalam aplikasi Pluang dan/atau surat elektronik ke alamat yang terdaftar pada Akun Anda.

BSC may change the Benefit Rate by giving 14 (fourteen) calendar days' prior notice through an in-app notification in the Pluang app and/or by email to the address registered to your Account.

3.7.Perubahan Tarif Manfaat berlaku terhadap Manfaat Harian sejak tanggal efektif perubahan Tarif sebagaimana dipublikasikan Pluang, dan tidak berlaku retroaktif terhadap Manfaat yang telah terakru sebelum tanggal tersebut.

A change to the Benefit Rate applies to Daily Benefits from the effective date of the Rate change as published by Pluang, and does not apply retroactively to Benefits accrued before that date.

 

4.PENYALURAN MANFAAT

DISBURSEMENT OF BENEFITS

4.1.BSC mengkreditkan Manfaat untuk setiap Bulan Perhitungan ke RDK Anda paling lambat tanggal 10 bulan kalender berikutnya. Manfaat dianggap telah dibayarkan pada saat dana efektif diterima dalam RDK Anda.

BSC will credit the Benefit for each Calculation Month to your RDK no later than the 10th day of the following calendar month. Benefits are deemed paid when the funds are effectively received in your RDK.

4.2.Apabila pengkreditan gagal karena gangguan teknis, BSC akan melakukan pengkreditan ulang dan menyelesaikannya paling lambat 5 (lima) Hari Kerja setelah tanggal sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4.1. Kegagalan teknis tidak menghapus hak Anda atas Manfaat.

If crediting fails due to a technical disruption, BSC will re-credit and complete it no later than 5 (five) Business Days after the date referred to in Clause 4.1. A technical failure does not extinguish your right to the Benefit.

4.3.Apabila RDK Anda tidak lagi aktif pada tanggal disbursement, Anda tidak berhak menerima Manfaat untuk periode tersebut, termasuk Manfaat yang telah timbul namun belum dibayarkan sebelum RDK Anda tidak aktif.

If your RDK is no longer active on the disbursement date, you are not entitled to receive Benefits for that period, including Benefits accrued but not yet paid before your RDK became inactive.

4.4.Apabila BSC menemukan kesalahan perhitungan atau kesalahan sistem yang mengakibatkan Manfaat dikreditkan melebihi jumlah yang berhak Anda terima, BSC akan memberitahukan jumlah kelebihan dan dasar perhitungannya kepada Anda melalui surat elektronik. BSC dapat memperhitungkan kelebihan tersebut terhadap Manfaat berikutnya, meminta Anda mengembalikannya. BSC tidak mendebit RDK Anda. Anda dapat menyampaikan keberatan sesuai Pasal 4.6 Ketentuan Program ini, dan keberatan Anda akan ditinjau sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku pada BSC.

If BSC discovers a calculation error or system error that results in Benefits being credited in excess of the amount you are entitled to receive, BSC will notify you by email of the excess amount and the basis of calculation. BSC may set off the excess against subsequent Benefits, or request that you return it. BSC will not debit your RDK. You may submit an objection in accordance with Clause 4.6 of these Program Terms, and your objection will be reviewed in accordance with BSC's applicable policies.

4.5.Manfaat yang telah timbul sampai dengan hari berakhirnya partisipasi Anda, termasuk karena berakhirnya Program, tetap menjadi hak Anda dan dibayarkan sesuai Pasal 4.1 sampai dengan Pasal 4.3. Ketentuan ini tidak berlaku atas Manfaat yang timbul dari perbuatan yang dilarang berdasarkan Ketentuan Program ini, Ketentuan Umum dan/atau Hukum yang Berlaku.

Benefits accrued up to the day your participation ends, including due to the end of the Program, remain your entitlement and will be paid in accordance with Clauses 4.1 to 4.3. This provision does not apply to Benefits arising from conduct prohibited under these Program Terms, the General Terms and/or Applicable Laws.

4.6.Jumlah Manfaat yang timbul pada Bulan Perhitungan berjalan dapat Anda lihat pada halaman Saldo IDR dalam aplikasi Pluang. Pertanyaan atau keberatan mengenai perhitungan Manfaat dapat Anda sampaikan melalui saluran sebagaimana diuraikan dalam Ketentuan Umum dalam 30 (tiga puluh) hari kalender sejak tanggal pengkreditan atau pemberitahuan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 4.4. BSC akan meninjau dan menanggapi paling lambat 10 (sepuluh) Hari Kerja sejak diterimanya pertanyaan atau keberatan tersebut.

You can view the amount of Benefits accrued in the current Calculation Month on the Saldo IDR page in the Pluang app. Questions or objections regarding the calculation of Benefits may be submitted through the channels described in the General Terms within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of crediting or of the notification referred to in Clause 4.4. BSC will review and respond no later than 10 (ten) Business Days after receiving the question or objection.

 

5.BIAYA DAN PAJAK

FEES AND TAXES

5.1.BSC tidak mengenakan biaya atas partisipasi dalam Program. Biaya yang berlaku atas RDK berdasarkan Ketentuan RDK dan biaya penarikan dana berdasarkan Ketentuan Platform tetap berlaku dan tidak ditanggung oleh Program.

BSC does not charge any fee for participating in the Program. Fees applicable to the RDK under the RDK Terms and withdrawal fees under the Platform Terms continue to apply and are not borne by the Program.

5.2.BSC diwajibkan berdasarkan Hukum yang Berlaku untuk memotong pajak atas Manfaat (jika ada).

BSC is required under Applicable Laws to withhold tax on Benefits (if any).

6.KETENTUAN LAINNYA

OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1.Sehubungan dengan Program ini:

In connection with this Program:

6.1.1.Pasal 5.3 dan Pasal 5.4 Ketentuan Umum tidak berlaku. Manfaat tidak memiliki masa klaim. Setelah dikreditkan ke RDK, Manfaat merupakan dana milik Anda yang dapat Anda gunakan, alihkan atau tarik tanpa pembatasan dari Program.

Clauses 5.3 and 5.4 of the General Terms do not apply. Benefits have no claim period. Once credited to the RDK, Benefits are your funds, which you may use, transfer or withdraw without restriction by the Program.

6.1.2.Pasal 5.5 Ketentuan Umum tidak berlaku. Manfaat selalu dibayarkan dalam Rupiah dan tidak diganti dengan hadiah lain.

Clause 5.5 of the General Terms does not apply. Benefits are always paid in Rupiah and will not be replaced with other prizes.

6.1.3.Pasal 12.3 Ketentuan Umum tidak berlaku.

Clause 12.3 of the General Terms does not apply.

6.1.4.Pasal 5.6, Pasal 5.10 dan Pasal 12.4.2 Ketentuan Umum tidak berlaku terhadap Manfaat. Koreksi atas Manfaat dan hak atas Manfaat yang telah timbul diatur dalam Pasal 4.4 dan Pasal 4.5 Ketentuan Program ini.

Clauses 5.6, 5.10 and 12.4.2 of the General Terms do not apply to Benefits. Corrections to Benefits and the right to accrued Benefits are governed by Clauses 4.4 and 4.5 of these Program Terms.

6.1.5.Batas tanggung jawab dalam Pasal 10.5 Ketentuan Umum tidak membatasi kewajiban BSC untuk membayar Manfaat yang telah timbul berdasarkan Ketentuan Program ini.

The limitation of liability in Clause 10.5 of the General Terms does not limit BSC's obligation to pay Benefits accrued under these Program Terms.

6.1.6.Untuk keperluan Ketentuan Umum, Manfaat merupakan Hadiah dan setiap Pengguna yang berhak atas Manfaat merupakan Pemenang.

For the purposes of the General Terms, Benefits constitute a Prize and every User entitled to Benefits is a Winner.

6.2.Seluruh ketentuan dalam Ketentuan Umum berlaku terhadap Program, kecuali ketentuan yang secara tegas dikesampingkan atau diubah dalam Pasal 6.1 atau dalam Ketentuan Program ini. Apabila terdapat perbedaan dan/atau pertentangan antara Ketentuan Program ini dan Ketentuan Umum, syarat dan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur dalam Ketentuan Program ini berlaku dan mengikat sepanjang berkaitan dengan Program.

All provisions of the General Terms apply to the Program, except those expressly disapplied or amended in Clause 6.1 or elsewhere in these Program Terms. In the event of any difference and/or conflict between these Program Terms and the General Terms, the terms and conditions set out in these Program Terms prevail and are binding insofar as they relate to the Program.

6.3.BSC dan Anda sepakat mengesampingkan Pasal 1266 dan Pasal 1267 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata sepanjang ketentuan tersebut mensyaratkan putusan pengadilan untuk mengakhiri Ketentuan Program ini.

BSC and you agree to waive Articles 1266 and 1267 of the Indonesian Civil Code to the extent that those provisions require a court decision to terminate these Program Terms.

6.4.Ketentuan Program ini tunduk pada dan ditafsirkan berdasarkan hukum Negara Republik Indonesia. Setiap sengketa yang timbul dari atau sehubungan dengan Program diselesaikan melalui arbitrase oleh BANI sesuai Pasal 13.7 Ketentuan Umum, dengan arbiter tunggal yang ditunjuk oleh Ketua BANI dan tempat arbitrase di Jakarta. Putusan arbitrase bersifat final dan mengikat.

These Program Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved by arbitration administered by BANI in accordance with Clause 13.7 of the General Terms, before a sole arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of BANI, with the seat of arbitration in Jakarta. The arbitral award is final and binding.

 

7.DEFINISI

DEFINITIONS

7.1.Istilah dalam huruf kapital yang digunakan dan tidak didefinisikan dalam Ketentuan Program ini memiliki arti sebagaimana diberikan dalam Ketentuan Umum.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Program Terms have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.

7.2."Bulan Perhitungan" berarti setiap bulan kalender dalam Periode Program. Bulan Perhitungan terakhir berakhir pada hari terakhir Periode Program.

"Calculation Month" means each calendar month during the Program Period. The final Calculation Month ends on the last day of the Program Period.

7.3."Manfaat" berarti imbalan promosi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 3 Ketentuan Program ini.

"Benefit" means the promotional reward referred to in Section 3 of these Program Terms.

7.4."Manfaat Harian" berarti Manfaat yang dihitung untuk satu hari sesuai Pasal 3.3 Ketentuan Program ini.

"Daily Benefit" means the Benefit calculated for one day in accordance with Clause 3.3 of these Program Terms.

7.5."Pengguna Pluang+" berarti Pengguna yang tercatat sebagai anggota Pluang+ pada Akun.

"Pluang+ User" means a User recorded as a Pluang+ member on the Account.

7.6."RDK" berarti Rekening Dana Konsumen atas nama Anda yang dibuka dan diadministrasikan oleh BAGI dan dapat diakses melalui Platform.

"RDK" means the Rekening Dana Konsumen (Consumer Fund Account) in your name, opened and administered by BAGI and accessible through the Platform.

7.7."Saldo RDK Harian" berarti saldo RDK Anda pada pukul 23.59 WIB setiap hari sebagaimana dilaporkan oleh BAGI kepada BSC.

"Daily RDK Balance" means the balance of your RDK at 23:59 WIB each day as reported by BAGI to BSC.

7.8.“Tarif Manfaat” berarti tingkat Manfaat per tahun sebagaimana ditetapkan dalam halaman https://pluang.com/en/fitur/idr-yield

“Benefit Rate” means the annual Benefit rate as set out on the page https://pluang.com/en/fitur/idr-yield.
