What are the Terms and Conditions for Withdrawing Physical Gold at eMAS DANA?

Pluang has collaborated with eMAS DANA in providing physical gold withdrawals. Here are the things you need to know before withdrawing physical gold through eMAS DANA:

1. Physical gold withdrawals can only be made by users who already have a verified eMAS DANA account.
2. The gold delivery address must match the address listed on the verified identity card (KTP).
3. Users can only use their domicile address or office address as an alternative delivery address other than the address on their ID card, by attaching the following requirements:
4. Certificate of domicile issued by the sub-district where the user resides if the user wishes to use a domicile address.
5. Employment certificate from HRD (personnel department) or you can also include a photo of your company ID card and a selfie with your company ID card if you want to use an office address.
6. For physical gold withdrawals, a printing fee will be charged, the amount of which depends on the nominal grams of gold to be printed.
7. The amount of gold shipping costs or postage depends on the distance or location of delivery.
8. Gold printing fees will be deducted from your eMAS DANA balance.
9. Shipping costs will automatically reduce your DANA wallet balance.
10. Shipping is done from Jakarta.
11. The physical gold withdrawal process takes a maximum of 7 working days, not including the shipping process (depending on the shipping area).
12. Users can no longer cancel or change requests to print physical gold on eMAS DANA.
13. Users can request compensation for losses caused by loss, damage, and errors in the process of sending physical gold prints through insurance provided by shipping service partners who work with Pluang, namely SAP Express couriers. Claims can be submitted a maximum of 14 working days after ordering and will be processed based on insurance considerations. The insurance party has the right to reject claims based on its discretion.
