Here are things you need to pay attention to before withdrawing physical gold through GoInvestasi:

1. Gold purchased through GoInvestasi is stored in the form of gold balances to maintain security and make it easier for you to store.
2. ​Physical gold withdrawals can only be made by users who have successfully verified their identity.
3. The gold delivery address must match the address listed on the verified identity card (KTP).
4. Users can only use their domicile address or office address as an alternative delivery address other than the address on their ID card, by attaching the following requirements:
5. Certificate of domicile issued by the sub-district where the user resides if the user wishes to use a domicile address.
6. Employment certificate from HRD (personnel department) or you can also include a photo of your company ID card and a selfie with your company ID card if you want to use an office address.
7. Physical gold printing costs and shipping costs will be debited from your Gopay balance. So, please make sure your Gopay balance is sufficient for the transaction.
8. ​If your physical gold withdrawal fails or is cancelled, the gold balance and fees (printing fees, shipping costs, and insurance) will be returned to the "Cash Balance" of your Pluang account.
