How to withdraw physical gold through eMAS DANA?

Starting June 26, 2024, the physical gold withdrawal feature via eMAS DANA is available again, Cuan Friends!

If you already have gold assets in the DANA application and are an old user of eMAS DANA, then you can withdraw physical gold by following these steps:

1. Open your DANA application, then on the "Home" page, please select the "eMAS" menu.

2. Scroll to the bottom of your screen and please select the “Time to Print Physical eMAS” menu.

3. Next, select (+) on the nominal gram option that you want to physically withdraw and then click "Continue".

4. Please select at the bottom “Here” regarding the details of the fees that will be charged if you withdraw physical gold.

5. If the details are correct, please enter the destination address for sending your physical gold.

6. If the address is different from your ID card, please check “Shipping Address Different from ID Card”.

7. If you want to send it to another address, you can send it to your current domicile address by attaching a domicile certificate issued by the sub-district where the customer lives. Or to the address where you work, by attaching a work certificate from HRD (personnel department) or you can also include a photo of the company ID Card and a selfie with the company ID Card.

8. Next, please upload the supporting documents.

9. After the Document is successfully uploaded, please recheck the address you entered. If it is correct, please select “Continue”.

10. Please double check your “Order Details”. If it is correct, please select “Confirm”.

11. The printing fee will be deducted from your DANA wallet balance, so make sure your balance is sufficient and click "Pay" which will then confirm your physical gold withdrawal request, and you can click "View Transaction" to find out the details.
