ThreeD Capital Inc., a Canadian venture capital firm, has amended its investor relations agreement with PHK Investments LLC. Under the new terms, ThreeD will pay a fixed monthly fee of £3,500 (about CAD 6,468) plus up to £20,000 (approximately CAD 36,960) in monthly advertising expenses, including social media influencer and web platform use. The agreement, effective from May 1, 2026, runs for seven months and aims to enhance investor awareness through digital marketing and social media.
