TeaPot, a cannabis-infused iced tea brand from Boston Beer Company’s Canadian subsidiary, has declared the second Saturday in May as "Take Your Mom to the Dispensary Day" to encourage older adults to explore cannabis products. This initiative addresses the stigma around cannabis use among older generations in Canada. Coinciding with this, TeaPot introduced a new product, TeaPot Extra Raspberry Black Tea, infused with 10mg THC, 10mg CBG, and 30mg caffeine, made with real black tea and natural raspberry flavor. The campaign aims to create new family memories and normalize cannabis consumption among older adults, with availability at over 2,000 Canadian retailers.
