South Street Securities Holdings Inc. acquired 100% equity of Lime Funding LLC, an asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduit, on February 28, 2026. Lime Funding provides loans to corporate and institutional borrowers funded by issuing ABCP, supported by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and managed by GreensLedge Advisors. This acquisition strengthens South Street's financing platform by combining conduit expertise, liquidity support, and risk management to offer scalable, efficient funding solutions. Lime Funding will now operate within South Street's broader securities finance platform, enhancing its ability to serve issuers and investors with diversified short-term asset-backed investments.
