Sirios Resources has launched an 1,800-metre diamond drilling program at its Aquilon gold project in Quebec to confirm and extend a large near-surface gold halo discovered in 2025. The drilling aims to map the lateral and depth continuity of this gold zone, which spans over 700 metres by 300 metres. Funded jointly by Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada and Sirios, the project has previously yielded some of Quebec's highest gold grades, including 12,906.5 g/t Au in the Lingo zone. This new drilling will help determine the full size and potential of the gold deposit, supporting Sirios' ongoing exploration efforts in the region.
