Royal Caribbean officially receives Legend of the Seas, set for July 2026 European debut.

Royal Caribbean has officially taken delivery of its new Icon Class ship, Legend of the Seas, after nearly two years of construction in Turku, Finland. The ship is set to debut in July 2026 with 7-night Western Mediterranean cruises before relocating to Fort Lauderdale for Caribbean voyages in November. Legend of the Seas features innovative dining, entertainment, and family-friendly activities, and is powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) as part of Royal Caribbean's environmental initiatives. This delivery marks a key milestone in Royal Caribbean's long-term shipbuilding partnership with Meyer Turku, which includes plans for additional Icon Class ships through 2030.
