QuasarEdge Acquisition Corp announced that from May 7, holders of its IPO units can choose to trade the ordinary shares and rights separately on the New York Stock Exchange. Units not separated will continue trading under the symbol QRED U, while separated shares and rights will trade under QRED and QRED RT, respectively. Each unit includes one ordinary share and a right to receive one-fourth of a share upon a future business combination. This move offers investors more flexibility in managing their holdings ahead of the company's planned business combination.
