Additionally, Referendum #1944 has been executed to create a protocol-owned dotUSD stablecoin and establish a DOT–dotUSD liquidity pool, allocating $2.5 million in USDT and $2.5 million in DOT to support this. These changes aim to control token supply and introduce a new stablecoin to enhance liquidity and utility on the Polkadot network. The current supply and usage details of dotUSD are not yet available.
