Tyson Foods cuts 2026 revenue growth forecast amid beef segment losses, triggering investor lawsuit investigation.

Tyson Foods lowered its fiscal 2026 revenue growth forecast to 1.5%-2.0%, down from an earlier 2%-4%, due to ongoing challenges in its cattle and beef business. The company also increased its expected loss in the beef segment to up to $775 million. This downgrade came less than a month after Tyson issued $1 billion in senior notes, prompting an investigation by law firm Levi & Korsinsky into potential securities law violations for possibly misleading investors. Shareholders who suffered losses are encouraged to submit their information for a review of possible recovery options.
