Fox reported a 28% rise in total revenue to $4.21 billion for its fiscal fourth quarter, driven by a 78% increase in advertising sales linked to the FIFA Men’s World Cup broadcast. Distribution revenue grew 5%, supported by cable programming and digital growth via its AVOD service Tubi. Despite a slight dip in content revenue and a net income decrease to $696 million, Fox announced a transformative $22 billion deal to acquire streaming platform Roku. CEO Lachlan Murdoch highlighted these milestones as positioning Fox for sustained growth and enhanced shareholder value moving into fiscal 2027.
