Osero raises $13.5M to build stablecoin savings with $10M risk reserve on Plasma

Osero, a stablecoin savings project incubated by Stablewatch, raised $13.5 million led by Sky Ecosystem and Plasma to develop a stablecoin savings account on Plasma. About $10 million of the funds will be held as a risk reserve inspired by Basel III banking rules to protect yields from market volatility. The project plans to launch three products focused on yield optimization, a savings app, and asset tokenization, integrating Sky Ecosystem's stablecoins USDS and sUSDS. This move aims to expand DeFi stablecoin yield options and strengthen Sky Ecosystem’s presence across multiple chains and products.
