This SiP combines an Arm926EJ-S processor with embedded DDR2 memory, supporting large, high-resolution displays up to 10 inches, and offers multiple flexible display interfaces. It simplifies design by integrating processor and memory in one package, improving reliability and supply stability amid DDR memory market challenges. The device targets automotive uses like digital cockpits, HVAC controls, and EV chargers, and supports various real-time operating systems, enhancing development efficiency and performance for automotive HMI solutions.
