Li Auto Inc. announced a 11.4% year-over-year revenue decline to RMB23.0 billion (US$3.3 billion) and a net loss of RMB2.3 billion (US$330 million) in Q1 2026, mainly due to lower vehicle sales and a shift in product mix. Deliveries rose slightly by 2.5% to 95,142 vehicles, but vehicle margins fell sharply to 6.1%. The company launched the new Li L9 SUV in May, aiming to strengthen its flagship market position. Li Auto expects Q2 deliveries between 95,000 and 100,000 vehicles and revenues of RMB24.1-25.4 billion, signaling cautious optimism amid market challenges.
