Chase Sapphire Preferred card upgrades perks and bonuses without raising its $95 annual fee.

The Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card has been refreshed with enhanced travel perks including a $120 credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck every four years and a $100 annual hotel credit, doubling the previous amount. It offers increased points on travel, dining, streaming, groceries, gas, and vacation homes, while maintaining its $95 annual fee. New cardholders can earn a limited-time welcome bonus of 100,000 points after spending $5,000 in the first three months, worth about $1,000 in travel value. However, the card will lose its 10% anniversary points bonus and reduce the value of points transferred to Hyatt hotels starting October 1. Despite these changes, the card remains a strong choice for flexible travel rewards without a high fee, especially for those who value the new credits and bonus points.
