This integration is part of the Stablecoin FX Layer initiative aimed at making on-chain stablecoin trading as efficient as traditional FX markets. LitePSM acts like a vending machine for stablecoins, offering fixed-rate swaps without slippage by using pre-minted token pools. Spark migrated $150 million in USDS liquidity to Uniswap v4, positioning USDS as a key routing asset. Sky's governance also proposed doubling the USDC buffer to $800 million to meet growing demand. This development benefits traders by reducing costs and improving predictability, while institutional players gain access to large-scale zero-slippage stablecoin trades on-chain.
