Injective has introduced a new event called Stockdrop, where users can burn their INJ tokens to potentially receive tokenized shares of real companies such as Nvidia, AMC, and Meta. This event runs from September 23 to 30 and builds on Injective’s existing monthly Community BuyBack program, which permanently burns INJ tokens to reduce supply and share ecosystem revenue with participants. Unlike previous rounds, Stockdrop randomly allocates tokenized stocks to wallets regardless of the amount of INJ burned. These tokenized stocks operate on the Robinhood Chain, enabling 24/7 trading and faster settlements compared to traditional markets. This initiative aims to increase token utility and engagement within the Injective ecosystem.
