Greenlane Holdings announces 1-for-8 reverse stock split effective April 6, 2026

Greenlane Holdings, Inc. will implement a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of its common stock effective April 6, 2026, to improve stock perception, broaden investor appeal, and maintain Nasdaq compliance. The split will reduce outstanding shares from about 5 million to around 630,000, with no fractional shares issued; instead, cash payments will be made for fractions. The reverse split also adjusts warrants and stock options proportionally. Stockholders do not need to take action, and trading will continue under the symbol GNLN on Nasdaq.
