Focus Graphite secures C$2M credit line to support government-funded graphite projects.

Focus Graphite Inc. has established a secured revolving credit facility of up to C$2 million with CIBC to support working capital needs for its graphite projects. This facility helps bridge the timing gap between project expenditures and government reimbursements from over C$15 million in non-dilutive federal funding. The credit line provides financial flexibility without issuing new shares, aiding the advancement of the Lac Knife Graphite Project and related infrastructure in Quebec. Focus plans to use the facility as a short-term liquidity bridge while continuing to develop its graphite resources and technologies.
