Ferrari N.V. has repurchased 20,321 of its own shares on Euronext Milan as part of the second tranche of its €250 million share buyback program, which is a segment of a broader €3.5 billion multi-year plan running through 2030. Since the start of this program in January 2026, Ferrari has bought back over 1.2 million shares for approximately €357 million. The company currently holds about 9.15% of its issued shares in treasury, excluding shares assigned under its equity incentive plan. The buyback aims to enhance shareholder value and optimize capital structure, with further purchases expected as the program continues.
