DIFC Courts use Avalanche blockchain for secure, private verification of court documents.

The DIFC Courts have implemented a new system using Avalanche blockchain technology to issue digital credentials for court orders and hearing records. These credentials, which resemble NFTs but are nontransferable, allow recipients to verify the authenticity and integrity of documents across borders without revealing their contents. The system stores an encrypted hash of each document on the Avalanche network, ensuring privacy while enabling verification without accessing the courts' internal systems. This innovation enhances trust and security in cross-border legal document verification.

The DIFC Courts' use of Avalanche blockchain for cross-border court record verification is noted here with Pluang's market data as of Oct 14, 2026 18:31 WIB.
