DeFi Technologies gets 180-day extension to meet Nasdaq's $1 minimum bid price rule

DeFi Technologies has received a 180-day extension from Nasdaq, until March 1, 2027, to comply with the minimum $1 bid price rule for its shares. The company had previously been given a compliance period ending September 1, 2026, after its share price fell below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. The extension allows DeFi Technologies more time to raise its share price above $1 for at least ten consecutive days to regain compliance and maintain its Nasdaq listing. The company plans to monitor its share price and explore options to meet the requirement but warns there is no guarantee of success.
