Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) has established a new entity in Saudi Arabia to expand its data centre design, build, and fit-out services in the rapidly growing digital infrastructure market. This move supports Saudi Arabia's goal of reaching 1.5 gigawatts of data centre capacity by 2030, driven by local data hosting laws and investments from major cloud providers like Microsoft and AWS. DPI aims to leverage its regional experience and local presence to meet increasing demand for AI, cloud, and data localization infrastructure, enhancing deployment speed, resilience, and cost efficiency. The expansion complements DPI's existing Middle East hub in Dubai and aligns with the Kingdom's digital transformation strategy.
