CoinShares reports H1 FY26 revenue drop amid lower crypto prices but sees AuM rebound and maintains Buy rating.

CoinShares faced a tough first half of FY26 with revenue and EBITDA declines due to falling digital asset prices and changing product mix. Asset Management revenue dropped 32.9% year-over-year to $40 million as assets under management (AuM) fell to $5.5 billion, while Capital Markets revenue decreased 43.8% to $11.4 million. Despite these challenges, the company showed resilience with positive net flows and careful risk management in lending. Following a roughly 25% rebound in AuM after H1 and a lean cost structure, the analyst maintains a Buy rating, expecting a stronger second half.

CoinShares' H1 operational resilience contrasts with the broader US stock market activity on Pluang as of Sep 30, 2026 18:52 WIB: out of 150 priced US stocks, 78 rose and 57 fell. Among notable movers, Coinbase Global (COIN) rose 1.20% to USD 192.30 with a Pluang order activity skewed 61% Buy and a typical hold time of 78 days, while Xpeng Inc (XPEV) increased 1.16% to USD 9.58, showing a stronger buy interest at 86% and a hold time of 80 days. Meta Platforms (META) declined 1.15% to USD 730.43, with a more balanced order activity of 52% Sell and 48% Buy and a longer hold time of 127 days.
