CleanSpark has signed a 20-year triple-net lease worth $6.6 billion with a high-investment-grade global technology company for its Sandersville, Georgia data center campus, with potential extensions raising the total to $11.6 billion. The tenant will deploy critical IT infrastructure starting in late 2027, marking a major milestone for CleanSpark's strategy to monetize its power and land assets. Additionally, the tenant has secured exclusivity over CleanSpark's Texas portfolio, which includes 718 acres and up to 885 MW of power capacity, signaling a significant expansion opportunity. This deal validates CleanSpark's growth approach and positions it as a key player in digital infrastructure development.
