Chase has introduced new and improved banking products aimed at customers under 25 and those new to banking, including a Secure Banking checking account for 17-year-olds with no overdraft or monthly fees, and a savings account with waived fees for under-25s. The bank also offers a Freedom Rise Credit Card to help build credit and a Credit Journey tool for credit monitoring. Enhancements to the mobile app improve user experience with easier transaction access and financial management features. Chase is also expanding financial education through workshops and online modules, combining digital convenience with in-branch support to attract younger customers and grow its retail deposits.
