Century Lithium Corp. has submitted a Draft Mine Plan of Operations for its Angel Island lithium project in Nevada to the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM), marking a key step in federal permitting. This draft plan is under review and is central to the regulatory process for mining on public lands. The company also signed a memorandum of understanding with the BLM to coordinate the environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Century Lithium expects initial feedback soon and continues to advance state and local permits, engineering, and infrastructure development alongside research to improve the project’s design and economics.
