Bitcoin dips 0.9% amid Middle East tensions and Fed rate concerns, trading 50% below its peak.

Bitcoin fell 0.9% to around $64,139 as escalating conflict between Iran and the U.S. and worries over Federal Reserve monetary policy created a risk-off mood. The geopolitical tensions pushed oil prices higher, raising inflation fears that could lead the Fed to tighten rates further. Despite $273 million inflows into U.S. Bitcoin ETFs over two weeks, this barely offsets prior large outflows, keeping institutional interest cautious. Analyst Daan Crypto notes Bitcoin remains stuck in a $60,000 price range, needing a strong push above its weekly 200 EMA to signal a clearer upward trend.
