Bio Green Med Solution (BGMS) shares jumped over 175% after announcing an all-stock merger with Malaysia's Future NRG, a company specializing in medical waste-to-energy technology. The deal will make Future NRG a wholly-owned subsidiary of BGMS, combining their expertise in biopharmaceuticals and ozone gas technology for waste treatment. The transaction, approved by both boards, is expected to close in Q4 pending shareholder and regulatory approval. BGMS will continue under its current name with CEO Datuk Dr. Doris Wong Sing Ee leading the combined company on Nasdaq.
